Pésimo servicio como es posible que vallas para pagar por que te reseten tu medicina y te reseten una madicina que no tomas y able uno hasta 5 veses para a ser le saber y te si nosotros le llamamos y así te traigan entonces para que va una al dizque doctor nomas a darles uno el dinero estoy tan molesta
Dr. Alibhai saw me for the first time. She came prepared with my medical history, was direct and personable, courteous and professional. Her medical advice and prescriptions were exactly what I think I needed and her office is exceptionally efficient, both in communication and with follow-up. I made an excellent choice in my new PCP.
Profesional, thorough, listens to concerns and questions
I left my video appointment with Dr. Alibhai feeling very unheard and uncared for. While I explained my presenting problem, I gave exact information on what was happening and she responded with invalidating “if” statements, as if what I was saying was not true. She immediately asked me if I needed a doctor’s note, which one the surface seems helpful, but due to her demeanor, it felt like she assumed that’s what I came for.
