The doctors and nurses are excellent, the office staff are the worst I have ever experienced. They would not get my paperwork done for a prior authorization of my medication to renew my prescription. My insurance could not get them to submit the paperwork either, all while falsely stating to me they submitted the chart notes. They finally yielded somewhat and told me to come in to get more bloodwork done for the authorization to which a nurse said to me that doesn't sound correct. I’ve been a patient for over 20 years. Recently I went through the portal to request some refills, and you’d think I was trying to get away with something. Historically, that’s what I’ve done, and didn’t see a problem since my last office visit and labs were done in mid December! I made my request on February 5th.
