The doctors and nurses are excellent, the office staff are the worst I have ever experienced. They would not get my paperwork done for a prior authorization of my medication to renew my prescription. My insurance could not get them to submit the paperwork either, all while falsely stating to me they submitted the chart notes. They finally yielded somewhat and told me to come in to get more bloodwork done for the authorization to which a nurse said to me that doesn't sound correct. I’ve been a patient for over 20 years. Recently I went through the portal to request some refills, and you’d think I was trying to get away with something. Historically, that’s what I’ve done, and didn’t see a problem since my last office visit and labs were done in mid December! I made my request on February 5th. I cannot recommend their business. I found it odd that they asked for a $300 annual membership fee to become a patient, but thought, maybe the service will be great so it will be worth it. Nope! You have to chase them for results, they don't answer phone calls, and don't expect a call back in a timely manner. And when they tell you "we will do better" they are just blowing you off.
