Had a really positive experience. I'm from out of town and woke up not feeling really well and was concerned enough to ask to see a doctor. The staff was polite and patient with me and was able to get me in very quickly and the doctor took her time and made sure I felt comfortable with everything they were doing and check to see if I had any questions.
The doctors and nurses are excellent, the office staff are the worst I have ever experienced. They would not get my paperwork done for a prior authorization of my medication to renew my prescription. My insurance could not get them to submit the paperwork either, all while falsely stating to me they submitted the chart notes. They finally yielded somewhat and told me to come in to get more bloodwork done for the authorization to which a nurse said to me that doesn't sound correct.
