I’ve never required surgery, so was not sure what to expect. And either they hire very compassionate people, or they teach it. Either way, every single person I interacted with at this surgery center was amazing. Competence paired with compassion is a rare thing today. These people are amazing. I hope you won’t need them, but if you do, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better team to help you heal. And not just the amazing surgeon, but everyone here.
The folks at Nadora are AMAZING. I've had surgery with Dr. Baumgartner and Dr. Neilson this year - and they were spectacular! Kind, informative, really competent, and obviously care a lot about their patients. I'm also blown away with the nurses. They make you feel like a person instead of a number in a bed. Major shoutout to Katie, who helped me with both of my surgeries! Good! but long wait for my surgery.
I had surgery on my foot, The staff was very nice and friendly, even being the first person of the day for surgery. This is the 2nd time I have had surgery here. (1st time was on my back). The staff treat you like your family and makes sure your well taken care of. I can't say enough of this place, more places should care as much as these folks do. Highly Recommend.
