I'm surprised that there is only two reviews mentioning the very rude reception desk staff. The only reason I return to the office is because of the excellent service and professionalism from Marc, Melanie and Christopher. I doubt anything is going to change when it comes to the staff that answers the phone and handles appointments. This has been an ongoing issue since 2016.
This has been the most difficult office I have ever dealt with. Communication was extremely poor—both phone calls and emails went unanswered, even after numerous follow-ups. Payment was taken without issue (of course), and I was assured that I could contact them with any questions or concerns. However, once my home sale was complete, all support stopped entirely. I have to leave a note about Christine she is the front desk manager. She will do anything for you once you make an appointment . I had a stressful time selling my moms house and often she would calm me down when I was overwhelmed. She was delightful and I’ll never forget how she treated me and my family. Marc is great of course but the whole office is great. I must include Melanie in this comment as well. Christine thank you very much.
