The one star is actually being generous.An absolute s*** show.Front desk is THE worst I have ever dealt with.Lady working the desk is a nightmare.Sent for bloodwork and no other instructions,go to appt only to find out I was supposed to fast....not a happy camper.Papers never sent over.not once but twice then they hold time sensitive papers ransom until $75 fee is paid.Day off work again to go pay said fee because they don't take a cc.Absolute disgrace to the profession.See ya!! *** This review is not for Dr.Nadolny and her ... read more
Stay far away from this place, worst administration I have ever dealt with. The receptionists don't know what they're doing and once I left and requested a transfer of patient files they tried to charge $85 flat fee. I was there a year - what's that, like 5 pages?
Kavita at the front desk is great always goes above and beyond to accommodate.
Very Bad service ever!! Girls in reception don't know what they are doing. No answers for our calls. Mixed results. One time I got the wrong results for my test from one of them!
You always wait an hour at minimum even if you booked a specific time. I've waited here almost 2 hours before.
