Only people that pick up the phone is the main receptionist desk. Good luck talking to the Opthalmologist for contacts and glasses.

My appointment before eye surgery was rearranged. The last five years all of my appointments have been rearranged. When I complained, my eye surgery was canceled. The technician had a medical situation; however, there should have been another technician to cover for her. I had to rearrange my mother's funeral; family and friends, airfare and the funeral home. The Dr and other employees are very nice. However, it takes a long time to get your glasses/contacts to be ordered and delivered. Staff can also be better with communication as they don't return phone calls or check-in messages for orders. I've had to go to the office to find my contacts were ready for pick up. They also don't have a huge variety of frames. I got a pair of ray bans that I love, but they don't offer the style anymore.
