I had an appointment where she tried to overcharge past my insurance. Now they’re not responding.
Initially I could not have been happier with the service from this office. After the initial visit, they’ve managed to lose my medical records and disk. Then has been telling me for days that they cant find it and haven’t gotten around to looking for it. WHY WOULDNT IT BE WITH OR IN MY MEDICAL RECORDS?? I was also referred to a neurologist who has scheduling issues so I contacted the office 3x, spoke with MARVIN who assured me he’d call back with a provider, I then found one myself and needed my records, THEY CAN’T FIND THEM... read more
