Went in for a sore throat, we couldn't really understand him. He provided no diagnosis, no treatment plan. We were bewildered to say the least. I would run or ask for someone else if this guy is the doctor they make you see. I am still in pain & taking over the counter medicine. If I could give zero stars I would.
Went to immediate care with my husband who complained of a sore throat. Strep test was given and nurse noted throat was red and side of neck was slightly swollen. No diagnosis. Was told to go to ER for pain. No antibiotics, nothing. Doctor didn’t even listen to what my husband was telling him. Instead he asked silly questions. Would not recommend going to immediate care if he is working.
It was very hard to understand him as he talks really fast and in a very curt manner. He acted as if he were too busy to be bothered with us, despite being the only people in the facility that day. He did not ask for follow up questions and immediately left the room. It took me a minute to process everything he said as he spoke so quickly. By the time I thought of something to ask he had already left. I will avoid this immediate card facility next time and drive farther for care. Friendly. Seemed in such a rush he spoke so quickly that I couldn't understand a lot of what he said behind the face mask. Being in acute discomfort, it was hard for me to concentrate and let him know I didn't know what he said. Same with the nurse: friendly but very rushed and rapid speech.
