I drove 2 hours to have my 9 year old daughter's hair braided. I requested medium knotless to the front desk and also showed the stylist a flyer that stated fall special medium waist length knotless for $150. A lady who stated she was manager informed me the price would be $200. The stylist and manger stated the special isn't eligible for children. I disputed that the flyer does not state adults only. I have used Nadine's shop to get box braids for three years, but I will NEVER return after my most recent session! For reference, I always get smedium box braids at midback length. I got my hair braided on October 26th, and the ends were all different lengths (pictures attached). I asked them to correct the lengths, but my braiders could not understand my request. I usually come here but this time was a horrible experience. I sat in a chair and waited almost 40 minutes before anyone even started on my hair. I asked for medium waist length knotless. I checked in at 7:45, blow drying started at 8:22, braiding started at 8:40 and I’m now walking out at 12:15. I come here usually because it’s quick but this was a disappointment.
