Great setting and incredibly welcoming. Excellent massage!
10/10 absolutely recommend Nadia. I go to her primarily for sports recovery massage, and she always finds the tight spots that need the most work. Her knowledge of anatomy is apparent, and it’s clear she has strong intuition for this work as well. She doesn’t rush, but times the sessions perfectly to hit everything (highly recommend 90min sessions). I leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and more comfortable in my body.
Nadia is the best! I have had a lot of massages over the years and she is top tier. She has a clear knowledge of anatomy and customized each massage to what your body needs. If you are looking for deep tissue functional massage to reset your muscles you must go to her.
Always finds the tight spots and I wake up the next day feeling better than I have all month. Working with Nadia has been great for back and wrist pain from working a desk job.
