So now here's what it is. The Dr herself called to inform me about a new system that they have installed and that's what is causing this glitch of calls being dropped. She apologized for this, I can totally understand. In fact I admire when a business reaches out to you immediately to rectify the issue. Respect 🙏🏼 ...So far so good.
