Ruined one of my dress shirts, I had them shorten the arms and they took too much off, when i complained she said “we can fix it” then came back with “adjustments”. The shirt was still unwearable and she STILL charged me full price. Update: I went to the one at Friendly Center and delt with the woman there both times

Disappointed in the lack of alterations on my rehearsal dinner dress. I paid $120 to have the dress hemmed and straps taken up. Only one of the two straps were taken up and only the top layer of tulle was cut, so I tripped over my dress the entire night. Will never use this place again.
Less than 1 week turnaround, great price, excellent work....formal dress alterations!!
I had some alternations on a leather jacket and im very pleased with the alterations they did 💕💞💓💗💖💝💘
