Ive been going here since about 2015, and all I can say is that the office is a nightmare. The wait time even with an appointment can be 2-3 hours due to them overbooking (which is normal for them), and most of the staff / dentists treat you like youre just a number on a conveyor belt. Yes, its cheap, so if youre like me and cant afford emergency dental care that would cost $6-8k elsewhere, then youre stuck with this hellhole whether you like it or not. After telling them twice that I had all on 4 zirconia teeth, they gave me an appointment for a cleaning, When the dentist saw me, he said they would not do anything because I had them put in from another dentist! Wasted my time
Worst dentist office ever! They are amazing until they get your money! Staff is very rude! Needed dental work done fast and ***** had messed up ins bad and we paid to get the work done. They told us we would be reimbursed as soon as they knew ins would cover. Thats been over a month ago. No payment has been made to us and they say we have to wait longer. The denture they made is horrible. You will wait a day or 2 in there office trying to get help even with an appointment. They need shut down! They also DO NOT CARE IF YOU AR... read more
