Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I was told there was a 15-minute grace period, and I was there on time—I was simply parking. I ended up being only 4 minutes late, yet I was told I had to reschedule AGAIN. If the office has a 15-minute grace period, I don’t understand why it wasn’t honored. This is a very unprofessional office I’m 7 months pregnant and my whole experience with them has been bad they made me high risk simply because there poor equipment was not able to get a full anatomy scan done on my baby and they find the most stupid reasons to force a c section on you my last appointment I was recently robbed by there cleaning staff/ front office assistants they stole my wallet and I had no help I will not be going back to this office and don’t recommend.

The simple fact, I sat in the back room for a whole hour and a half maybe a little longer than an hour and a half haven’t been seen just sitting in a chair, naked, waiting for the doctor to come. Crazy
