10/10 would recommend they are very respectful and understanding, very on time with appointments and if you're late and let them know they understand and can reschedule or extend the appointment depending there availability.

If I could give an absolutely big fat negative stars I would! I am not the type to complain fr! Although, the women at the front desk have the most up right attitude. They messed up send a message to the doctor on what prescription I needed 2x. Then when telling one of the ladies that she sent the message incorrectly. THREATENED CPS ON MY HIGH RISK MOTHER OF 4 WIFE FOR FINDING OUT SHE WAS PREGNANT AT 4 MONTHS WE WENT THERE SEEKING ALTERNATIVES DECIDED OTHERWISE AND NOW PUT OUR FAMILY AT RISK FOR A BLOOD DRAWN THE DAY WE FOUND OUT A MONTH AGO !!!!

Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I was told there was a 15-minute grace period, and I was there on time—I was simply parking. I ended up being only 4 minutes late, yet I was told I had to reschedule AGAIN. If the office has a 15-minute grace period, I don’t understand why it wasn’t honored. I understand policies, but the way this was handled was extremely frustrating and felt completely unnecessary.
