I went to the ER for severe vestibular migraines & I was degrading, treated like a drug addict, & sexually assaulted by Dr Chao with the threat of being forcibly held down,stripped naked & catheterized . No insight, no diagnoses, & the drug tests came back 100% negative. And yes, the threat of a forced catheterization is a sexual assault.

Emergency Department: I am not from Barstow but had Shingles flare up while in the area. Since taking medication for this virus is time sensitive, I was stuck with BCH ED as my only option to get a prescription. After the waiting room I was put on a chair in a hallway and seen by the doctor for less than 10 minutes. Once he finally acknowledged my symptoms were consistent with Shingles, he gave me a prescription. This hospital told my dad he had covid then discharged him. My dad is a very serious heart patient, severe diabetic.. Yall left him to die. He was so dehydrated and so sick when we got to him. We live in Oklahoma. Shame on you hospital. You shunned him away. Yall aught to be ashamed. I will share this review everywhere. His o2 was bad, heartrate spiked. I refuse to come to this hospital. Tonight I was picking up an ER patient who literally just had a baby. They were so rude to me when I called. Lisa in the ER department spoke so rudely to me...you messed with the wrong one. I don't care about you or your job. But I promise you I can get you fired. I recorded your dumb a&*!!! I have more pull and more money than you! I can afford a hospital I won't die in. You work in a sh*&hole treating people like you look and feel!
