Nadeen is an amazing physician who absolutely knows her stuff. However, her staff are not. Rarely ever receive callbacks, been waiting 2 months on prior authorization information and I’m almost never communicated with. Leave voicemails and I don’t receive callbacks. Calls almost never answered. So frustrating.

My first and only experience at this practice was a waste of my money and time. I went in for a sinus infection and was told that typically sinus infections are viral and are not treated with antibiotics. This is inaccurate as sinusitis is supposed to be treated with antibiotics and I have always received a course of antibiotics for sinus infections. She does not ask important questions, educate, or communicate clearly with her patients. She does not retrieve medical information from your previous doctors. She changes your meds as she sees fit, which is dangerous.
