Nadeem was very helpful and professional. Although I was in a different state, he still made it possible to work with me and my parents who was also in a different state to find a beautiful place. Very disappointed with this Realtor! We heavily relied on him trying to buy a home from another state. We should of looked in person but at the time it was not possible so we had to trust him. During the walk through, he failed to mention the entire home smelled of cat urine which is something we couldn't tell from videos. Due to this, we had to repaint the entire interior of the home, replace some sub-flooring and add all new flooring throughout the entire home to even make it livable.
