A few years ago I went to Dr Nadas for an evaluation. I had suffered from longstanding depression which my internist had tried to treat for a few years. I had no insurance but was willing to pay as I went and for this initial, lengthy evaluation I paid him $200. What he said horrified me. He said I was hopeless, that if he were to see me once a week for two years it would make no difference.
