Very tentative and knowledgeable . Thoroughly explained my condition and what she is doing. A good listener as well. I am very satisfied. I have been seeing her for more than six years
I will never go back. I have PTSD. That being said I seen her for over two years she takes me off of methotrexate and puts me on Leflunomide after two years of excruciating pain . I got took for a ride. You see this doctor RUN.
She decided to cancel my blood work not even knowing who I was or why it was needed she basically said nothing was wrong and she already new what the blood work would say without doing it I tried to explain why it needed to be done because I had abnormal levels prior to my visit and I asked if she new what I was seeing her for she said no I said well you should remember since you referred me she said I don't know I said if you have no clue and I'm just taking up time cause you couldn't be bothered to look and see who you are... read more
I did wait a few months to get in, however I believe with any great doctor there is almost always a waiting period to be seen as they are very busy. Dr. Skaf was the first doctor that has listened to me thoroughly and truly took the time to listen to all of my symptoms. After talking with her & having a few tests, it was decided that I need to see a neurologist to rule other things out. Dr. Skaf has made other referrals for me, requesting that I get in asap.
