Jeff and his team are hands down the best in evictions! If you have a bad tenant and need them out- he’s your man. Efficient , fast and treats you like family not just a customer. Truly worth every penny and gets the job done. My tenants were out in 2.5 months.

Very disrespectful and condescending, and assumes person speaking to him is ignorant. He cut me off many times while I was trying to answer his questions and then would snap and say, I’m not answering his questions, “you’re going the wrong way” Pay attention to how he speaks to you. If you do not allow for this lawyers controlling nature, he will berate you. Very arrogant. Needs to be, I am sure will be, humbled.
