There has never been a jewelry store I have shopped at that has treated my family as their own family. We have been blessed lately with engagements, weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries that of course, call for diamonds and other precious stones! Our family celebrates those special events with jewelry from Nacol's. We love all the staff there, including Jeff, Nicolette, Robbi, Ruben, Robbin, and Jesse. Thank you friends for making our life sparkle!!!!

I always dealt with Susan and she made sure everything was done correctly and in a good turn around to make sure the finished product was right. She also offered a special word of encouragement and a shoulder when I needed it.
Nacoal's is an amazing jewelry store. Their customer service is the best I've ever experienced and they will not let you walk away until you are completely satisfied with your jewelry. Their prices are fair and they will work with you on just about anything. My family and I are moving out of state next week but I would highly recommend Nacoal's to anyone as it is one of the places I will miss here in Wichita Falls. Thanks Nacoal's for the gorgeous diamonds and lots of smiles!
