I was pregnant in 2023. I went to them for my first ultrasound. In my chart, they wrote that my fetus was several weeks older than it could have been. But only in the written notes. When I read my notes, I called them to ask why the notation on my chart didn't match what they said in person, it took several days and several different people to get an answer. Not a family friendly place. Do not recommend going here as a parent. They do not allow children in their office period. What happens if you're pregnant and have a child at home? Not everyone has babysitters or family. Will no longer be going here. The thought of their lack of empathy makes me sick. The receptionist looked at me bored and told me it was because kids carry contagious diseases and could get their pregnant guests sick. Cheryl and the staff are my favorite. They helped me with my first pregnancy and helped me through a very difficult time and was there the whole time for me. They are very accommodating and you can tell they love to help their patients and care about the health of their patient and the baby. They also take mental health very seriously which is something that is hard to come across. I always recommend them for new moms or anyone looking for a place for women’s health.
I was referred to Cheryl for continuing care of Biote HRT.my first visit i waited over 45min in the back room to be seen.on my return visit to have pellet insertion i waited over an hour.i let the staff know i did not have this kind of time to sit around.on my third visit,the staff did not have my records ,they were supposed to have,and told me i could not get my service done.i was extremely upset,as i had taken a day off&driven three hours to the clinic.
