I took my 18 yo cat to NAH for the second time. Dr. Stanaland and her staff always treat her like a princess! 🥰. They are consistently very gentle when handling her. Dr. Stanaland is eager to explain procedures and concerns clearly and without rushing at all. She is very thorough in addressing all possible conditions in a preventative manner, such as a glaucoma test, lab work, etc. I highly recommend NAH for your fur babies!
These good-hearted folks have taken excellent care of our four-legged family members. They spend time to create a relationship with the animal and don't treat them like a job to finish asap. They are very good about follow-ups and reminders, and I never feel like they push unnecessary treatments.
Every staff member and veterinarian are very professional & knowledgeable yet personable and attentive - they are patient, answer questions, explain things clearly, and very loving with our dogs.
Friendly, professional...a little too pricey for me.
Glad I found a cat focused vet clinic that take my concerns seriously about my fur babies. Previous vets brushed off my concerns with asthma with one of my cats, but here they were eager to get to the root of the problem offering X-rays and testing upon babymans first visit. So happy I now have a vet I can trust and who is willing to listen to my concerns.
