The system (GPS) does not have a clue with regard to the location of the NACOG Office, at 3130 N ROBERT RD, PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ 86314. I was randomly directed from point-to-point with time estimates ranging from 4 to 19 minutes. Gave up on the "maps" application and entered Robert Rd (N) from AZ 69. I observed a number on a structure and drove to the desired location, which was situated on the west side of the road. Please correct the system failure ASAP! : - (
It angers me that a big company like this would take advantage of a stranded motorist. I am referring to AAA in general. I know of someone who needed help. They called AAA. They came out and after 30 minutes told them they couldn't help them and said that they would send a tow truck out in the morning. These people were being taken advantage of. We helped them . It was just st a simple battery
