Very disappointed with the ongoing lack of professionalism and respect from NACO Commercial Property Solutions. This is not a one-time issue. Their crews regularly operate loud equipment near residential homes, including running snowblowers as early as 3:30 in the morning. Most recently, they were using two Bobcats with heavy industrial brush equipment in the area. When I politely asked if they could stop or adjust what they were doing because of the disruption to nearby residents, the operator loudly responded “call bylaw” ... read more
Likes to wake people up at 3 am to work than when people go to talk to them these just yell at you call bylaw like they aren't working creating a noise violation in a residential area Edit: id like to point out this isn't the first time. It happens every snow fall at 3 am
NACO responded promptly and efficiently! After a freezing rain on a Friday night/Saturday morning, our church was desperate to get sand/gravel down on our ice covered parking lot. NACO Commercial Property Solutions responded and had the whole lot covered liberally before evening that Saturday!! The next morning our church goers parked safely and walked safely to and from their cars without incident! Thanks again NACO! You're amazing!
