I left two voicemails and one message via the website asking for someone to call me to set up an appointment for depression I have due to chronic pain. No one ever called me. Not even to say they wouldn't be able to fit me in. How awful for someone who is reaching out for help!!

We recently had a billing issue and attempted to call the office. The number, listed on the bill, for Tiara (the Business Manager) and the front office are virtually useless unless someone actually picks up the phone; If no one is available to immediately answer/respond, the default is to voicemail; The voicemail boxes are "full" thus ending the call. Most excellent. You are definitely not a number. That said, the testing takes time. The more tests, the more time to obtain results. I would imagine that people who finally learn about Dr. Ward and NacMed have been seen by so many other providers that it is relief to finally know what the true struggle is. Have and will continue to recommend this practice to other folks.
