I had Mr. Nack hired since Oct 25, 2022 for my custody case. He promised to set aside my court case in that initial consultation letter. The only thing Mr. Nack entered was a letter from that time until 2024. I've spoken to other attorneys just to find put he could have gained me some sort of custody back in 2022 because I was never served which is why I missed the initial custody court dates if he would have followed though with what he promised in his initialconsultationletter to set aside.
