She makes it obvious she is too busy to spend time with you to really find out what's going on. She is a terrible communicator. I've had several instances when she was supposed to call in prescriptions or for lab work only to find out they have nothing in their charts for me. Doesn't really listen, talks over you and tells you what you think.
