Let me tell ya! Our meal was absolutely amazing! We took ours to go but when we got home with our food and with it being such a beautiful day we figured we would sit outside and eat at our patio table. The moment I popped open that styrofoam container all sorts of critters popped out of the wood work like we was in a Disney movie STG.... I try to support local places as much as possible, so when I was in town on a Monday, I found these collection of food trucks. When I walked up, the smell of BBQ was amazing, and it’s tough to beat nachos, so I ordered the brisket nachos and didn’t have to wait long. Unfortunately, even though I was hungry, I didn’t eat them all. Only 1/2 the container was filled, much of the meat was pure fat (on the right side of the photo), and the cheese and bbq both tasted straight out of a ballpark concession stand.
