Most worthless company....EVER! Helping friends of mine who are elderly and in poor health. I called Samsung about their ice maker on Thursday 1/7/2017. They confirmed an appointment on 1/8/2017 for Nace Appliance. Nace called them on Friday to tell them they couldn't make it. Rescheduled on Tuesday 1/10/2017 with a window of 8-5 PM. Just google Nace appliance reviews and see how bad they are... I had an issue with a new appliance and called the manufacturer for a repair under warranty. They sent Nace appliance. Nace came out and i had to leave before they were finished (my wife was there but she's not mechanical). When I got home the ticket said that they reset the faulty part, but did not replace it.
