Madison Ryan is very efficient, knowledgeable and super friendly. Took the time to answer any questions, was very patient and has excellent customer service skills. Took several calls and emails from me and handled them all flawlessly with a smile in her voice!! Insurance rates were the best and eager to please the client overall. I've probably been a customer for the last 20 years at least and I can honestly say the service has been second to none. Stop in and do an insurance audit with Steve D. Not only will he save you money while improving your coverage, he'll deliver friendly, fast, efficient service when you need it. The guy is a " machine "!!!! I've only dealt with the New Paltz office, but if their other offices perform nearly as efficient as New Paltz, you'll be happy which ever one you choose to visit.
Steve helped me, he was absolutely fantastic and delightful to work with! He helped figure out a quite unique and sticky situation for me and got me excellent insurance coverage! Highly recommended!
