We bought a used truck from Nacarato Windy City Truck Sales as is and rejected the extended warranty for the engine and transmission on June 5th, 2025, since the truck passed DOT inspection on May 28, 2025. After our driver drove 6 days with 3500 miles, the truck started to shut down. Through 43 days it at least cost us $30000 to get the truck repaired, due to rusted and corroded DOT inspection components: brake and exhaust systems. I bought a semi truck here few months ago, my semi truck came up in very good conditions. My man Jim took care of me. He’s was amazing on the whole process made it easy for me. Came out from California all the way to Illinois to get my semi truck. So thank you Jim and Narcato’s windy truck sale I recommend this place 5 star. Next trucks I’m coming here.
