Took truck in for def system problem charge me $4, 000 for EGR cooler replacement. Problem still persisted. These guys will put you in the Poor House quickly. Do not take your truck there. Poor guy came in right behind me for def system they gave him the same$4,000 tticket. They said EGR cooler needs replacing after about 30 min. They are crooks.
Came here because my truck had derated to 5mph and they got me in right away and fixed up with a Nox Sensor and fixed a wiring Shortage. THX Guys my truck never ran this great!!

Came here for DEF problem on 12.12.18 , they fixed fast, but the problem appeared after next charge with DEF. They charged us with $2200. Now 12.17.18 we are at the other Volvo dealer in WY ... they going to charge us with $2700... but that could be more.
