Those guys are awesome, I went to today and all there systems were down but that didn’t stop them from saying let’s go look anyway. He popped the battery box and found I had a melted fuse housing. He then went to parts to see how to get everything payed for being the system was down so they couldn’t take payments. He then got Napa to bring the part and they installed them. I had a great experience in this place, unlike many dealers they do their best to not charging customers if they have warranty. Very nice people in the shop and parts department. Make an account with them they do give you discounts in parts too.
Disappointed and Overcharged I recently dropped off my truck at Nacarato Trucks in Hagerstown, MD, for a fuel problem. Initially, I appreciated their prompt update with an estimate and a list of issues they found. Among the problems, I approved replacing the fuel filters to continue the diagnostics and addressing an exhaust leak that was smoking the cab.
