Wrong information is listed about this place!!! People say that customer service is great? You can judge it by yourself from my experience: I was trying to reach them since 5:30 pm. Google says it’s open till midnight. I came here at 8:20 pm. And someone was closing the gate at that time, while another one was sitting in the car. I stopped right in front of them and was trying to ask a question, but guy jumped into the driver seat and left. I had an excellent experience at this Volvo truck dealership. Salesman Eddie was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made sure I got all the right parts without any hassle. His attention to detail and customer-focused attitude really stood out. I left the dealership feeling confident and satisfied. Highly recommend Eddie and the parts department to anyone looking for great service and expertise.
Had a really bad experience enquiring about a cascadia truck. My salesperson was Jason McCoy and his manager David Kraft. They discounted an old unit which had been siting on their lot. They wanted to sell me a truck without doing a oil change/ PM service. I had to put my foot down that I wont drive the truck back home 2400 miles without new oil. They lied that they do not have a mechanic shop at the Atlanta location in order to not have to do PM service, which can clearly be seen in the pics here and people have put negativ... read more
