arrived at 7am. They work from 8am. To pick up the cargo I showed them the bill. After that they additionally asked the broker to send them the company documents and the driver to their email. After that they also took my license and made a copy. They told me to drive up to the dock with a flatbed truck and then waited another hour under the closed dock doors. Great place, friendly people, quick loading and unloading, first-come, first-served. Shipping and receiving hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. No overnight parking. Before arriving at this company, the broker must add your trucking company to the system, and the broker must pay for storage. When you arrive here, bring your truck registration with you and print your paperwork.
An insignificant company with incompetent management
Contracted shipment, confirmed for pickup on a Friday 12/12 between 8AM - 4PM. Our truck gets on site 2:30PM yet the place was closed, security guard telling us everyone's left for the day due to it "being Friday". Probably one of the worst people you can do business with. Avoid.
