I've been coming to her for years now, she is amazing at what she does, her prices are reasonable, the location is always up to part, she does her absolute best to make you feel comfortable, wouldn't trade my lash tech ever.

Owner is unprofessional
This is the worst service. I scheduled an appointment for a classic set so that I could have eyelashes for my senior photos in Florida. I called 3 times a day in advance to see if I needed to come in for a patch test, and so I could make sure I am still good for my appointment. I got no answer and hung up on, so I emailed. Surprise… I still got no answer. When I showed up for my appointment she seemed confused and asked me why I was there. I told her I had an appointment and she tells me she canceled it 5 days ago.
