After a collision in which my car was declared a total loss by the insurance company, Neil completely repaired my car and provided numerous followup services to ensure that everything had been taken care of. I appreciate his willingness to do whatever it took .
I have to say, Eric is the best ever. My insurance company kept telling me i had to go to certain shop in order to have my car repaired. It's the holiday season i didn't have $500 bucks for a deductible. They waved the cost of the deductible and gave me a free rental car to drive. Repair work looks great thanks Eric Moore, and the rest of the staff.
Worst place please guys never take this place they took like 5-6 months to repair my car and still not done yet. They have no any idea of mechanic. Don't worry about deductible or any facility that provide by NAC. All team work there behave politely and try to be honest but later on they will show their real behavior. Now they had another shop at 2757 south high street .please guys never fall on their words and disaster your car. There was lot of other body shop.
