When I first start coming here 6 years ago it was a pleasure to come here. The owner was able to help me with my transition from relaxed hair to natural hair. But I am livid that I came in this shop at 1pm and it took 40 minutes to wash my hair and at 3p you just started to blow dry my hair and no I did not get a deep conditioner! This is my sign to go to my previous doobie shop! They do good hair but they cater to their friends first and customers (paying) later!
I went twice with an appointment, and on both occasions, I was told there was no availability—even though I am 37 weeks pregnant and went to the salon specifically because I had a scheduled appointment.
Come here if you want an Unprofessional, dirty, basic,fry your hair salon with ACs that do not work 1 person to wash They let anyone come in and don’t go by appointment. I called for 3 days to confirm. Mentioned exactly what I wanted and book an appt. Same day they said they didn’t have time to finish asked me to come back as they needed time prep. I went there for a relaxer, color(rinse) and trim but instead they put permanent color in my hair and charged me $110 for a service that I had not requested and never offered any form of compensation for their error. Advice to the owner and stylists, if you don’t understand what your clients are requesting, ask them several times just to be sure you are giving them the service they want. Disappointing experience.
Naby is really sweet and she does it all she cut my hair in a bob and I was very pleased with her work I recommend this dobbie stop. The pictures on right is the original cut and on the lift is when I went back, it grow an inch so it looks a little longer. But overall it was a great experience
