Wonderful experience... Was lol king to enjoy a wide variety... We ordered a sushi variety tray & a sashimi variety & after checking with the Su Chef, they offered to allow him to put together "Chef's Choice" elegant platter... Gorgeous display, superb food, had a wonderful time .. we will definitely go back.

The sushi is so impressive, people from the city drive to Hinsdale just for the food. It's that good.
