The service is the best in the industry!!! Whenever I call they are usually at my home that day!!! Very friendly and professional! I’ve tried several other pool service companies and Nabors is in a league of their own. Highly recommended!!!
First you should contact the service tech, Brent, and apologize to him for putting him in such a poorly planned installation. We were not told in advance that the new pump would not link with our PDA and our current system. The new pump is installed upside down and we can’t read the message screen because it is up against the side of the house. Not only is my pool routinely cleaned well, but they clean my filter quarterly for less than the price I was paying for my last service company. One time I emailed them in the morning one day to say we were having a pool party that afternoon, and they replied within a couple hours saying they would be sure not to shock it. Overall great service. Attaching one of the pictures I get every week of completed service.
