Very poor attitude. I met him at Costco. I asked for a card and called him a few days later. He didn't return my call for 2 days. That was fine as he said he was out of town. I made an appointment for him to come out between 2-4 later that week. Then on the day of the appointment Dustin called and said he was early and wanted to come out by 10:45. I knew I was going to like Dustin from the first time I messaged him. He was very prompt and helpful in his response. When I realized that he had installed our neighbor's QuietCool fan, I asked about their fan and experience. They raved about how much they loved their fan and even more so they raved about the great experience they had with the install.
