Never, never again. Even though I purchased a hot tub (many years ago) for $12,000. And have purchased supplies and chemicals through the years - if you do not purchase chemicals on each visit, they now charge for testing water. The young staff are friendly ... the older ones (family) can be quite rude.

I really can't rave enough about the team at Naborhood. I manage the commercial pool and hot tubs at a gym in London, and the team at Naborhood have delivered the highest standard of service and support. They are reliable, knowledgeable, professional, and (what I appreciate most) patient and compassionate during emergency situations. If you're looking for a group of people you can trust and rely on, the staff at Naborhood Pool and Spa are the best.
