I just called the main number to try and get my elderly father an appointment. The gentleman told me they could not see him until July 22 due to transitioning To Texas health and they will be in meetings. I asked him if there was a cancellation list to try and get my dad in earlier, since he cannot even walk, he is in so much pain. The man said no and Said to call my provider for a different doctor or I can call my insurance company and I said OK maybe I will do that and then he hung up on me.
