He was great with my mom however had no idea he was leaving the practice without notice. so now have to search for some else. Unbelievable! Yes VERY LONG WAIT time to be seen.
I waited an hour to get into a room, waited maybe another 30 minutes for the doctor to come in. Afterward, they took a lot of blood for blood work and about 2 weeks later I called 2-3 times for an update on my results, they ignored me for awhile then finally called me back saying they lost everything. If I hadn’t called them for an update I’m sure they would try to avoid informing me of their mistake. I called for another reason recently regarding the mistake and got no call back.
Very unprofessional my last visit. Insisted I spoke to another doctor about delivery of equipment he set up. Told me what Culpeper hospital ER found on a ct scan was questionable. I left in tears. I only want medical care for any conditions I have been found to have. I think it is a good thing he is moving to another county in a few months. He certainly has no desire to be here.
Dr. Baber is fine and I have had no issue with him personally. My main issue is the wait times for appointments. I usually wait 1 to 2 hours to be seen. My biggest issue is getting prescription refills. For the last 3 months I have had to leave several voicemails with no return calls, all while still not having my supplies refilled. We have been seeing Dr Babar for almost a year. We had been told it was common to have long waits before being taken back for your appt. It was very inconvenient but I believed it was because he spent time with each patient. In July we had made an 8:00 appt, hoping to be the first appointment of the day and get out quickly.
