Unfortunately, wish Dr. Ali was more "caring". Sadly, this world we are living in is becoming more and more with "not caring" including medical care- very sad.
It is incredibly important for physicians and their staff to maintain clear, compassionate, and consistent communication with their patients—especially during times when patients and their families may already feel vulnerable, anxious, or overwhelmed. Sadly, our experience with Dr. Ali and his staff was deeply disappointing and, at times, very frustrating. The lack of communication made an already difficult situation even more stressful.
