I just left Nabada Massage, and I can’t imagine a better experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with soothing scents and calming sounds that made it feel more like a cozy home than a spa. I got the exfoliating massage and it was glorious! She applied the perfect amount of pressure and the heat/steam was so soothing. I was so tense in my shoulders when I came in and I didn’t tell her but she found all my kinks and knocked them out. When I opened my eyes I felt like I’d left my body and came back lol. It was that good. She is a gem right here in Park Forest and I will definitely be back. This was a great birthday gift from my husband.
I visited Nabada with neuropathy in my hands and feet after chemotherapy. My hands and feet each visit felt better up to three days, until chemotherapy. I look forward to my next visit with Erin’s talented healing hands.
