Absolute horrible. I had a 930a appointment Monday so I scheduled a pickup via my health insurance for 830a. At 840a I called them because where is my pickup? I'm told the driver will be there between 900 to 910a. When I ask why did anyone call me to let me know the driver is running late? I got no response. The driver did not come until 930a. When I called again to complain about the driver's arrival time, especially since my initial call, I had concerns about getting to my appointment on time. I was simply told they'll ask... read more
