I went in to the bank today to make a bank account and I was served right away and the guy was so nice and helpful got it all set up and set up my online banking within 15 minutes I would recommend
I have been seen to by Khaled from NAB for quite awhile now and he’s done everything to help me out, as getting a personal loan for a car and he was amazing at it!
A busy bank given the number of staff presenting in the branch. I was served by branch manager, Tamra, who was super friendly and helpful. I sincerely appreciate her comprehensive explanation and response to my queries.
Went to the branch today and they were closed with a nite on the door, "temporary closed due to staff availability". Unreal, with all the billions in profit, you'd think they'd employ more staff.
Says open. Not open at all. No staff for the staffed bit. Waste of effort coming here.
