Caveat to my 5 star rating. I cannot comment on the quality of the repairs made until I’ve put some miles on the car. What I can say is the NAB provided me step by step progress on the job via actual photos of the specific repairs being done and detailed commentary along with them. Love how open and communicative he is. It’s great to get pictures of service items so you know that it was actually checked too. I never once felt like I was being sold something my car didn’t actually need. I’m done with going to the dealership for service/repairs.
